- Server currently down for maintenance. Please try again later.
Fix: First of all, check AoE:CS Annoucements to see is there any planned maintenance. If there isn't any maintenance planned for time when you are playing game, check if you are connected to Data/Wi-Fi network. If you are properly connected to Internet, but still cannot log in to the game, contact Microsoft support.
- You need to sign in to play Age of Empires:Castle Siege.
Fix: Go to login.live.com, sign in to MS account associated with your game. After signing in, wait about 1 minute and enter the game again.
- Failed to connect to server. Please try again.
Fix: Wait 30mins up to 9 hours. This rarely helps, because source of the problem is unknown. You should also try to reset your Wi-Fi router or data connection.
- Error encountered connecting to server.
Fix: Reload the game. If it doesn't help, wait 30mins-9hrs.
- Sorry, but we cannot sign you in to your Xbox account. (not exact message)
Fix: Wait from 30mins to 9hrs. If it doesn't help, try to log out, and then again in to your Xbox account.
Fix: For now, only solution is rolling back to Windows Phone 8.1.
